Starting to look forward to the fantasy now, should be quite fun. My armys in the past have been really fine tuned ones that ive had to think very hard and get lucky now and then to pull off victorys, but when they came off they really worked. This year ive got it much easier going, I can pretty much sit back and push my forces forwards

after an extrmely close and amazing game of 40k earlier, going onto warhgammer was hell...the rules were horrendously bad....technicalties...near fist fights.....units dying for no reason.....I HATE WARHAMMER....I won but had zero fun...and it wasnt as if there was major beard in either army!!!!!!!!

its all a vicious circle... we want to play warhammer because of the cool background and armies.... we play it....we have to look up almost every rule because most of them arnt logical, and certainly arnt logically placed in the rulebook.....we dont want to play it again.... the less times we play the less likely we are to remember the little niggly rules so the situation worsens. i think when the new edition come out we should try to play more games of fantasy, in the hope of getting to know the rules as fully as possible which should enable it to be a more enjoyable, tactical game..... and avoid hours of looking through the book. on the other hand the rules mite be even worse, in which case see you at tournament 2007!
