exactly what it says on the tin, any rules problems can be sorted out here.
Firstly need to check about spears, if my Saurus are already in combat and they are charged to get they to attack first with their spears?

No, the spears rules specifically state 'in the first round of combat'...the saurus already counts as being in combat even against a downed warrior and has thus fought its first round of combat.
Also if you think about it logically the warrior cannot aim its spear in preperation for another attack as he'd be instantly killed by the other combatant who isnt exactly going to stand their and watch.
For further examples on this view the way Pikes work in Warhammer

okay i get that but what about if say in my turn i kill some shites with my saurus and their are some who are not actually in combat with anything but the squad is still in combat, would i get my attacks if one of those not in base to base get the first attack?
sorry to be a pain but this is what these threads are for right?

new question!
Do you steal have to take a fear test if charge a fear inducing creature while it's stunned or downed?
Downed would be reasonable "shit its gonna get up and eat me"
but i don't think stunned should "oh no it's unconscious i could quite easily run over and slice its throat but i'm too scared."

no - the fear rule is inactive whilst it is down as far as i am aware....ill double check though but it seems to keep in line with other rules losing their use whislt your 'down'

Annihilated? For starters, the Undead can never be stunned retard. As for fear, I doubt the test would count but being on the floor would still make them frightening. A floored zombie might bite your foot of and by now Mike has learned the terror of what a downed Dire Wolf can do (mwahahaha!). This needs a think/errata check.

okay ran off like a yellow bellied bastard, that's more appropriate. Leatherbarrow's rule warpage must examined, i am still adamant in the bullshitness of skink being able to disengage combat with a Saurus to throw javelins at his mate.
