Edge Hill is a viable venue, I've already talked with the SU guy. The one additional thing is that we would need any equipment we bring to be checked. But then it would be covered under insurance.
Any counter arguement about location would be pretty easily solved based on a) a carpark, b) resteurants, c) the best shop in Ormskirk and d) a bar
The easiest time to do it would be 1pm - 7pm on a Wednesday talking to the SU. Me, Mike and Charly would all need to book off so we need to find a date to work this.
We would be obliged to give open access provided people behave themselves, the simple answer to avioding a Sports Science Chav winning the tournament is 'don't suck'. Guests who don't attend university would need to sign in, but this also means trouble is unlikely because any dickheads could lose their place at uni.
Does anyone know if you can link a console to a projector for the final games?

No, the carpark is a pro, not a con. Access to a car park without dicking about is a good thing.

*feels really stupid* oh i thought you were being sarcastic and recommending the car park as an area for the tournament.
