Were looking at July being the month for the Tournament, basically knocking off games almost every day. What is required are the times peopel can do games and jsut ensurijng that poeple turn up! Also we need venues, my flat will be free all summer, Luke has offered his place and theres also the ideal site of Charly's.

Is there anywhere that we could fit two games in at once?? Would there be enough room in your flat for that Mike so that we get more out of the way at once??

The Tournament is to commence as follows;
Fantasy Sunday 10th July - Sunday 17th July We will have access to the old venue in Ormskirk from next Thursday so make sure your available from then. Ideally have your army list chosen by this sunday and please paint as much as you can, its not a requirement but someone needs the best painted army award! The finals are to be played either next saturday or next sunday.
40k Saturday 16th July - 4th August(?) Theres an extended period for the 40k games but essentially were looking at the bulk being done between the 16th July - 21st July. (+ dont forget) OGCamp and mikes b'day that w/end!) Have armies chosen by Saturday 16th and again paint as much as you possibly can (and make sure all models are glued together properly!!!)
Magic The grand champion match is likely to be scehdueled for Saturday 16th July

We have the Ormskirk venue as of next Thursday so prepare for the bulk of gaming for the 5-6 days following that.

Time is nigh to arrange the actual games themselves. Thus far it seems fair enough to pencil in the following schedule; [Fantasy]
Thursday: Afternoon - Mike Brandon V Tim Harness Evening - Simon Gray V Luke Greensmith
Friday: Afternoon - Andrew Townely V Tim Harness Evening - James Brown V Simon Gray
Remaining 2 games to fit into, as schedule sees fit (Charly V Mike, Luke V Brown)
Saturday Evening: Semi Finals
Sunday: Finals

That's fine with me. I'll help a while Thursday Day, but then I've got to skip off to Edge Hill and try and get into clearing.
