Yo Luke, I thought it might be an idea if we set up an online RPG or something for anyone whose interested. If anyone has any preference of a type of RPG you'd like to play then just put a little message in here...

That would take a hell of a lot of number crunching, but we could do something like lotgd given enough graft. What's the idea?
I sugest science fantasy in the same strand as Final Fantasy games (because it's more original then a lotgd clone)
The more options, the more awesome, the more hard work. I'll do some prelim systems for you.

Not like LOTGD...I mean like D&D online...using message boards to post your actions and stuff with a GM...Basically, table-top rpging online....

Gotcha now. I'll have home net soon, and it could be done off here. I only know two RPG's to GM though (unless I learn AD&D) both of which I made. A Dragonball Z> based one and an unfinished horror one (that could at least have some senario's out of what's there).

I only know DnD and Vampire, both of them are pretty poor unless you take them away from the stereotypical sort of game...Other than the West End Games version of the Star Wars Roleplay Game, but these systems are easily adaptable to run a new game, you just change the name of the types of character you can be (just like every d20 system that's basically a badly disguised variant on DnD)

This sounds like a cool idea to me, and good one on leading it yourselves, poor Mike is overrun with OGC stuff as it is :/ Yeah this would be good promotion and I look forward to seeing what you produce

Wait until I'm set up at home, then I'll run a few Dragonball campaigns.

Or you could start a PS3 thread somewhere Looks DAMN good though. Wireless pad connestion (bye bye multitap) that allows for seven simultanious periphials. God knows what kind game of game would take advantage of a 7 pad multi player.

groan, sony demands more money. Not sure if i can be bothered witha ps3, at lkeast not for a while. The new nintendo consoe s also shaping up okay. Heres a funny thing, PS3 is at least twice the power of the XBox 360, but lets face it, Xbox 360 hasd been in development for about 2-3 years while the PS3 engine and amchine was announced in around 1997. Fianlly Bill Gates will go away and we can get back to innovation in the console wars, abnd cheaper prices, thats said, the same set of console retardants that bought the x box may tune in again. A sony nintendo war would be good, whoever wins we benefit, wheras if microsoft persist theres a very real chance that gaming will go the way of windows.

We can do it on OGChat, we just need to set up another space for it. Mike said he'll sort it all out and this way we get more traffic to the site. I'll run horror and Dragonballness. Just talk to Mike about getting set up.

Ok, we'll need a recruitment section for it, a fantasy section, a sci-fi section, a horror section and a miscellaneous section...
We can then just post up threads for the relevent games...

If I can drag Los over she could run Star Wars. She does this on a regular basis with other people but an on/off fresh campaign might interest her.
