Tyranid Vehicle Modifications

I recently won an Exocrine on E-bay. It uses a datafax, and thus can theoretically benefit from Vehicle Card upgrades. I figure the following make sense:
Ablative Armor (extra wound)
Electrohull (similar to electric eel, or voltage field)
Null-Shield (similar to Null-Zone biomorph)
Reinforced Armor (hardened carapace)
Supercharged Engine (adrenaline sac, or improved pseudopod musculature)

And the following don’t make sense:
Auto Launchers (bio-tanks get spore cysts anyway)
Cermite Armor (not likely to develop naturally)
Searchlight
Vortex Detnoator (too technologically based)

Odd, I never considered the use of vehicle cards on Tyranid models. Our group has some of these models but no one has ever opted to use a vehicle card on them. As living models I don't think the cards apply to them but I suppose by rule they could be used.

I think if our players opted for them we would customize the cards for the Nids.
