without looking at those rules i would image bonesingers to be used in a similar fashion to imperial techmarines, 5+ to repair damaged wraithbone. or something along those lines. a lot quicker than having them act as psykers.

i think bonesingers appeared as early as rt era. but all iknow of them is from down of war rts.
