I usually see new aspect warriors as an attempt to "break the rules," like giving howling banshees wings or warppacks, or such. These Aspect warriors, however, are very different, and have a neat background for each of them. I think I like the Abyss Vipers the best. The Bone Warriors seem awfully potent, but they also suffer a hit on each pentetrating hit to their ride. The Cloud Reavers seem rather slow for cathcing vehicles. To specialize them further, I'd probably replace the powerfist with meltabombs, and perhaps a chainsword for facing infantry. This lowers their effectiveness against infantry, and increases their effectiveness against vehicles.
On the whole though, I can't see myself ever using any of these aspects. They just don't fill a role not already filled by someone else.

i know what u mean about the bone riders, it would make them extremely deadly, maybe a points increase or a worse penalty would even it out a little. i also found some rules for bonesingers which im posting as another topic so take a look they too are quite nicely worked out rules
