Thanks guys My entire army is bikes and landspeeders, plus: 1 Dreadnought 1 Predator 1 Razorback with 5 man Assault squad. So the only 5 foot troops are mounted in transport.

N.B.
Ive payed full codex price of 47pts for all my bikes, and I am confident I can do a lot of damage with this army.

i bet you lost. Fight some more battles and try to change tactics: - Flank'em totally (you have your strategy cards!) - hit weak points - separate them - blind-frag the lines and units etc - take maximum slow movable support (noffs and heavy tanks) have fun with force composition like: -more predators - only landspeaders - eldar jetbikes support etc. - viper mounted eldar - squad trike what exactly are these 5 models on foot, james? cheesy characters? cool. these two pictured look like apothecaries. anything else? you need bosses, man. powerful characters that back up your army. that's what 2ed about. keep up. i must say it look very chalenging to play with this army.

lol...
The 5 models on foot are a simple 5 man assault squad. My characters are on bikes.. but if you've not learnt this yet, the way we have modded our 2nd Ed rules limits chars.. so people dont really spend much on them.. our points get spent on squads.. which is where the real TACTICS come in.. not cheese. They look like apothecaries because they are WHITE SCARS.. go figure.
Yes it will be challenging to play with.. but thats what Im after.. it will be a lot of fun either way, either ill get slaughtered, or ill slaughter.. i cant wait.
And you dont think I know tactics? I can assure you I probably can handle REAL tactics better than you, most of your points are ridiculous, obvious or not applicable to our rules.
Im quite offended at your post, where did it come from and what was the need?

Would be cool to make an origional vehicle, like a Landspeeder gunship, kinda like that but with a pintle mounted heavy weapon on each side maned by a space marien.. kinda like a blackhawk heli

Im quite offended at your post, where did it come from and what was the need? jeez...i don't know what the hell are on about. offending anyone was not in my plan, and i bet you know tactics way better then me. take it easy. i just think that army without colorful characters (and over the top miniatures) is missing something. what exactly did you do to limit characters? whirlwind speeder looks so white scar indeed.

lol sorry, I was wrecked when I made that post, must have misunderstood what you were saying :s
Characters im using are Tech marien and Epistolary, both on bikes. A lot of our players either use one or two, low level characters.. the main thing is that our combat system means you (at most) can only deal as many wounds as you have attacks.. kinda limits chars a bit.
Id say a white scar army all mounted in vehicles has much more colour than a codex SM army?

The force you are potting together should be a great deal more inspiring on the table than a standard marine force. The OGC rules mods should also make it more competative than it would be under the original rules.

Got two nice 2nd Ed land speeders.
Went against the convention and mounted the heavy flamers on the bottom and the multi meltas in the gunners hands.
Although this is tactically worse because if one crew dies I lose the multimelta and just have a driver with a heavy flamer, but it looks better and makes a hell of a lot more sence.
If the gunner has the heavy flamer, as soon as he starts firing it, the speeder would fly into the flames surley?
And Id be inclined to say the heavy flamer is more of a point and fire weapon, capable of coupling to the drivers controls.. to acuratly aim and fire a multi melta Id say would definatly take a whole dedicated crewman.
So duno what they were thinkin when they made the model.
