i', thinking about making 2ed army with a collection of models which could be used in wfb as well. chaos beast, trolls, minotaurs etc. i consider plenty of collectors rt era models (chaos champions, warlocks, monsters)
i haven't got black codex and chaos codex. i need points, stats, rules.
anyone can help me?

What your talking about is covered in the rules as a 'Daemon World Army' ...its a full list so heres some bits....
Charatcers - Daemon Prince (4 special charcters with a LOAD of rules), Greater Daemons were all -15 points. In fact everything was aprroximately 5% cheaper.
You could also take Steeds which were pretty much the same as they were in Fantasy for +4 points.
Instead of sorcerers you had Magus Lords and Masters - use pts and stats for chaos sorcerers but with -1 T & LD.
You also had beastman champions, at 23 points with access to the usual assualt weapons. He had 2 wounds but otherwise typical champion stats over a fantasy beastman.
Squads - Daemons as normal but all 5-10 points chepaer and do not need to be summoned as they are on a daemon world.
Chaos Warriors - champion guardsman stats at 15 pts a model and can ride steeds and bnormal oassault and armour options.
Chaos Hounds - as fantasy chaos hounds at 8 pts a model
Beastemn - as fantasy beastmen but +1 wound and 15 pts each and cannot take armour other than primitive (+1 pt) & shields (+1 pt)
Minotaurs - fantasy stats & +30 pts and can take assault weapons abnd had blood greed (cannot follow-up)
Trolls - as fantasy including regenerate rule at 20 pts each.
Use Imperial Guard assualt wepaons list for assualt and armour choices. Also can have Lance, mounted models +2 strength when charging at 2 pts a piece
thats only brief but its an awful lot to type otherwise

Good question! Although I have a copy I'm not aware of an active link. I'll have to check my copy though to see if its there.

The daemon world army list can only have space marine troops from the support section as allies and they follow all the normal rules and points values.

I have checked then Battle Bible and those units are fully stated out in chaos daemon world army list.
