The Novemebr election will elect 2 seniors and not 3 as initially proposed. The reason beign that though the club has grown to the capacity that a third senior is required under our previous senior policies, the new constitiution defines just who can vote and as a result the actual number of people who have the vote for this election only cover the numbers for 2 seniors even though the total number of members exceeds this. Confusing - yes, but its a good example of the newly written consitituion in action. You'll be able to see the constitution soon, its currently in the process of the rubber stamp.
To actually vote you need to have particiapted either in an OGC Tournament or several other events. The reason being, al the major OGC people are pretty juch at every big event so you woukld therefore have met everyone and seen how they co-ordiante with the club and so be able to assess who you really want as a senior. So for all the new edge hill people and the otheres weve picked up recently, you'll just have to wait to vote, but have a look at how the elctions pan out anyway, this will let you see how the seniors work and operate the keep the club running and actually allow me some spare time (ie time i can do uni work!)

OK, here's my pitch again...
I would like to commend Luke on an excellent term as a Senior, so vote for him. I would like to remain on as a senior, as I still feel that I am up to the role, and believe that I have proved myself this term. I have been involved in big recruitment drives up here in Leeds, but to little success so far. Also, I've been developing the Tau Codex for OGC edition and working on getting the RPG section actually running (and a game has finally started). I want to continue to do this for OGC, as it can be a lot of work if you are ready to put the effort in (so much in fact that my PC exploded for the 2nd time over the space of a month). I hope that I have earned your respect as a Senior, and I will unofficially continue with rules developments and events etc. if I don't get elected...

I'm a long time organiser at OGC, even during the infamous 'personality vote' first Senior election where nothing happened and me and Mike got on with business as usual. I plan to carry on with the expansion a OGC and persuing the Magic: the Gathering side of the club, which I will persue even if not voted in. Thank you for your time, and I wil answer any questions people want to pose here.

after some consideration ive decided to stand again for a senior position. the last few months for the website have been fantastic, its finally doing what it was designed to do, be an instrumental part of ogc, allowing members to comunicate freely, ogc is now almost run through the website. since august this year the number of posting members on the ogchat forum has doubled and many of these new members are candidates for full ogc membership. all respect to luke for all the work hes done at edge hill attracting these new gamers. my main sphere would always remain as 40k, i think its important for a senior to expand on a new frontier however, such as luke with a recent focus on magic the gathering and simon with the lord of the rings game. i would like to expand on ogc's video gaming side of things, mainly online rpgs and such where ogc can be established as a group/clan/guild within the game, this would not only be entertainment for those involved but would also serve to increase awareness of ogc and attract new members to the forum and ultimately the club. i see the website now as a vital part of ogc, and as the main reason why i think my role should be made official as a senior.
