We need volunteers to fulfil the following roles; We require 2-3 Invigilators, 2 writers, 1 photographer, 1 general assistant. These roles will merge but we definitely need to have each one filled in some capacity, excluding my own ability in these roles. This is due to the intensity of the Summers Tournament, typically I have been able to give 2 - 3 weeks almsot exclusively for the Tournament but that is not the case this year (Im not a student anymore ) Offers?

I'd be willing to invigilate and take photos. Wouldn't mind a bash at writing either

Okay, having you guys cover some of that will make life a lot easier. It should also put a different energy into the final write-up and make it more in depth if we have multiple writers

Given the nature of the schedule, from cross-checking we'll have six players around on the Friday, and seven on the Saturday and Sunday and with players waiting around for later games and those who are here for the weekend there is generally going to be at least 2 people available to assist with each game so its looking sorted!
Also, instead of an 'in-motion' write-up this year, I am preferring to make the mini site the longstanding equivalent for T-2008 as its non-linear nature allows for a greater integration of news and articles. Also in this way, each game will have its own page which can contain lots of pictures and anyone can put in the write-up. It'll also be easier to add player comments and maybe even some video!). From this a condensed document write-up could be formulated with relative ease as well, and with the presence of the on-line site, it'll make it easier to be selective with he content.
now all we need is a main site link, ie ogc.org.uk/tournament2008 rather than the current long winded one - at present its almsot impossible to promote to non OGChat users!
