Hey, I won the painting competition in 2003, not Gaz Woods!

you weren't in the 2003 40k tournament! Unless you mean the single miniature one with your Dwarf Lord? The stats here refer to the best painted army used in the Tournament

These qualifiers may well throw out similar surprises as the FA cup!

You know, I really like this page! It's a great idea! I love reading (satifying my cravings vicariously) the battle write-ups, and it's fun to read the player reactions. I wouldn't mind a bit more detail on the games, but, having written up a few battle reports myself, I realize that's a lot of work, and not easy to do.
Cheers!

Just a quick note - I'd like to see "a spanner into Gray's tactical works" changed to "a hammer in Gray's tactical spanner"
And thank fuck I get a weekend away from him in the Summer now.

Not from Tim tho - as a note, 6 people have been involved for the five qualification places so far!

Yeah, I was shocked. Well done luke, was a great game. I did make a couple of aweful mistake, however so did luke and he still trounced me.
Left me feeling a little un-nerved, and somewhat flakey as to what army list I now want to choose for tournament.
