Option 1: Stick to the WH40K2ndE rules to the letter Option 2: Saves time and hassle Option 3: It's a quiker way of showing a larger buildings survivability Option 4: The building gains destructive modifiers anyway and these would add more tactical interest to the game.
(Rules polls will be taken into consideration when the Seniors convene to finalise the decision but aren't final in and of themselves)

I dont know, you could just give a structure clusters (but then it becoems annoying it bits are destroyed but some arent). Extra rules could prove annoying though, depends who does, Im not too fussed about adding detail here really. If a building needs special attention its easier enough just to define before a game, its very hard as the rulebook points out, to uniform buildings because almost every piece of scenery that someone builds is unique.
