Whats everyone looking for in Ravnica? At the moment im thinking of going down the line of Green/White, I love some of their cards, even if they are elves

hopefully their green and red will be as good as the green and white, if not I'll head down red n black or green n white. ELVES FOREVER!

There's dark elves in Green/Black, the Golgari Guild. It focuses on filling and using its graveyard. You'll see it soon anyway. And there are still normal poncy elves too, but the first set is loaded up with the dark ones. If Green/Red comes through for you playing Green/Black would put you in a good position to either port over or make a two guild deck.
I'm also going to head of Mike's protest here, two guild just means three colour in Ravnica. I'm just using the guilds as by-words for colour pairings.
Golgari = Green/Black

You've come across as really anti-guild because it looked like it would railroad people into specific decks.

I've been reading loads of inpenetrable crap on www.magicthegathering.com and I think that the White/Blue guild will actaully work like Mike's maindeck does now. I came across a hint it's going to be the best defencive guild.

Here's some flavour reference on the Boros Legion I've been plugging to Mike as suits him Red/White (R/W) – R/W is the fighting guild. R/W is always itching for a fight. It likes to solve its conflicts with its fists. But R/W has a conscience and as such tries to find proper ways to use its force. R/W tends to find a good cause and then pursue it with any means necessary. They are vigilantes but with heart And as for the hint at W/U defence Defensive second to only W/U, G/W has a lot of tools to hold off the opponent. Just look at all the defence that Selesna has ,ESPECIALLY the mono white stuff, then you'll have an idea of how W/U will play out. I recommend to anyone who wants to play Blue and White when it comes to the fore later to go and hunt down these two cards now,

Dark Elves: Elves that got out the wrong side of the tree. Nasty pointy eared gits who don't tend not to be members of greenpeace.

They're called something else in Ravnica, and the Dark Elves are the Necromancers, so they go together with the zombies in Green and Black. So I think with have a winner for gaz!

You need to cut down on the chaff and add sacrifice effects. There are loads that are useful and viable (even if it's just using your wurm to turn saprolings into 'they lose one life, you gain two life') You just need to start seeing more of the new cards, and scrapping the real poor ones you got lamped with
