hehe, yeah our orc players like that, i think you have to be a bit, a beardy orc player would just trip up over his beard when it all went horriblt wrong. Give the Marines special and heavy weapons? This forces at least 5 marines to hunker down around one weapon. That leaves 5 that can be 'tactical'. Its tempting to act like that yes, but just because you have a heavy weapon doesnt give your marines super glue on the bottom of their feet, but in honesty, on a good table your heavy weapon, and indeed the other 4 men can be more effective if they spend 1 or 2 turns manouvering. getting a squad dug in in the centre table is probably going to afford your precious heavy weapon much better arcs of fire

It takes a special breed to play Orks as they can plow through anything and then just trip over their own hairy feet. All in the same game. I coudn't take that myself.
In the case of tactical squads I simply wouldn't give them a heavy weapon in the first place. Specialized troops or armoured units are a better option in most cases. It is always better to move however if you need a good shot on a specific target though and you happen to have a HW in the team. Its certainly not of much use without a juicy target.
