Mike pointed out to me that Harlequins equipped with refractor fields can't hide, and suggested a rule allowing them to have special refractors that don't glow green. I agree with him. Harlequins should be able to hide, and need some type of protection, but the next cheapest field is the conversion field, and seems a bit too potent for the average Harlequin to wear.
I always figured only the Solitaire needed a spirit stone, as otherwise Slaanesh gets his soul. Thus, harlequin dreads are always solitiares. Regular harlequins are automoatically claimed by Cergorach when they die, and thus need no spirit stones.
The Avatar of the Laughing God is a powered down version of Cergorach himself. I take it as being a bit of the god sent deliberately into battle. The only problem with having it be THE Laughing God is that as a God, he should be able to dispatch titans with ease, and is way too powerful for even an Epic scale battle. Thus, it's only His avatar, a portion of His spirit given form and sent to the material world.
The reason there's only level 1-2 acolytes, is that all the level 3 ones are in the Black Library, receiving their final education in the ways of the Enemy. I'm not happy with the limitation on the number of Shadow Acolytes. It seems to me there should be more of them than Shadow Seers, but you may take twice as many Seers as Acolytes. (Heck, it's my codex, I'll just change it! You may now take 1 acolyte per squad.)

Speaking of Cergorach, does anyone know of an appropriate model I might use for him? Should be between 28 and 54 mm tall (probably around 40-50mm), with preferably a pair pf knives or daggers, but as long as he has a 'harlequin' look to him, he should be okay.
Any suggestions?
