I may enter Fantasy.. but only if I get my dark elfs, I belive Charly might have them in his? Even then time might be a bit tight, I only get back from P Company on the 8th July, and Im going to be bloody nackered! And its straight back into work.
Might have to do most of my games around the weekend of 14/15 July. Perhaps I could get the odd game done before 23rd June when I go away??

alrighty, the best course of action would be to play 2 of your group games before you go away, spare an evening then you get back for the other, and then if you go to the finals, play those games over that final weekend. Probably have to drop participation into the warhammer tournament as Simon is only here up to that final weekend. Consequently should you be in his (Simon's) group it would be best to play the other two opponents (either mark or may and another), and then play Simon (or the other game) on Monday or Tuesday when you get back in whatever tired state your in

..or tuesday, but no later than wednesday. Just don't want to end up with games piled up under pressure. Play your semi on the friday or saturday and the final or 3rd place on sunday depending on who you play. We may as well hold the first tournament group games in liverpool.

Feelin unsure about this tournament now, not played much 40k for a while and my army is largely still untested.
I suppose I won in 05 after a 2 year break an no warm up games!! But then I did no the Necrons through and through.
How will the white scars fear.. I do not know

Are we doing a qualifier for Tim?

To Mark: you'll be there ....teach laharl a firm lesson To Simon: Officially, there is a qualification place for Leeds, and according to the rules we set out for the qualifiers group stage, Luke would have to play Tim (in Leeds as a trade off for Tim coming this side of the Pennines later), however Luke as declined the trip to Leeds (for unspecified reasons), consequently Tim's qualifier is now uncontested so theres little to do but grant him entry (to the Tournament, not Luke). The debate comes around that last qualifying place now, which Monovie, Shaun (plays marines & Tau), and others are to play for, should Luke having conceded the Leeeds game be able to play. Theres slight controversy all over the place but in general terms Leeds has one automatic qualifying place, as you (Simon) finished 3rd last year you don't' count meaning Tim is basically alone to face anyone who wishes to contest his entry. (in other terms, the NW region has 3 auto places for qualification + the 2 NW podium places last year, leaving a final open slot for anyone to play. To Brown: Get over here and get some games in! Im out of shape too!!!!

lol thats confusing... If you cant be bothered to go play for a qualifier then you definatly dont deserve entry.. and lets face it luke's games would be near formalities resulting in another early exit.. (sorry luke )
